WTHealth Supper Club- Cabbage and Sweet Potato

WTHealth Supper Club is led by our Chef in Residence, Mariah Ragland of Radical Rabbit. This interactive supper club focuses on teaching adults how to make healthy dishes and enjoy some good food together. Each month, Chef Mariah will highlight a featured ingredient from the garden. This month we will be learning about Cabbage and Sweet Potato.

This month, Guest Chef Sauda will be highlighting cabbage from the garden through a dish she calls Second Line Stew—a soulful, plant-based take on gumbo featuring tender cabbage simmered with Creole-inspired flavors. The dish draws inspiration from the rich food traditions of New Orleans while celebrating the beauty and versatility of fresh, seasonal produce.
