Celebrate Black Women Farmers & Healers
For Black History Month & Women's History Month we will celebrate and uplift Black Women Farmers & Healers via social media and our newsletter. On Wednesday March 26th we will gather at the community garden from 5-7pm to kickoff our season and promote local Black women famers, producers and vendors.
We are excited to have Dancing People join us again this year to provide the music and vibes. Radical Rabbit will provide some simple plant-based food offerings and our own farm manager, Bridget will be offering her plant beauties alongside other vendors with other goods ranging from flowers and fresh juices to herbal teas. There will also be an recycled art creation opportunity and farm tours!
This celebrations also serves as an opportunity to support our ongoing efforts to cultivate community through our 2025 fresh foodshare offering and healing & wellness experiences.
